How are washers vetted?

Every washer submits identity documents and is approved before they can accept a job. Their rating and review count stay visible on every job.

What if something happens to my car?

Photos are taken at pickup and drop-off and stored with the job. Every wash is covered up to $5,000 by Flying Fish Autowash Protection. Report an issue from the job in your activity and we respond within one business day.

When am I charged?

You are charged when the job is marked complete. The estimate you see when posting is the price you pay. Tips are optional and added after.

Where do you operate?

Coverage depends on the washers online near you. Enter your address in the app to see whether anyone is available.

Can I cancel?

Cancel free before a washer accepts. After that a cancellation fee may apply if the washer is already en route.

How do I become a washer?

Download Flying Fish Autowash for Washers, submit your ID and details, and start accepting jobs once you are approved.
